Mr Anthony Augustine Trevisan

Chairman - Transcontinental Group

During a period spanning over twenty years Mr. Trevisan played major roles in a large number of corporate scenarios involving financing mergers and acquisitions, the restructuring of industrial and petroleum and mineral resources based public companies and the establishment from start up of substantial operating businesses.

Mr Trevisan has had extensive experience in raising and structuring financial instruments to fund the development of a number of significant projects in Australia and overseas. He is responsible for public offerings and the floating of companies on the Australian Stock Exchange and other major exchanges internationally involving over a billion dollars.

Mr Trevisan has held senior executive positions in companies with a wide rang of petroleum, mining, industrial and high technology interests including (Rubiales Petroleum Discovery), Callina NL (petroleum work-over project in Russia, Komi, Oil Field). Trident Petroleum Joint Venture with Cononco (now Conoco Phillips,) in Papua New Guinea, Continental Goldfields Ltd, Aqua Vital (Australia) Ltd (now owned by Coca Cola). Cable Televisions Services Ltd, Atlas Pacific Ltd and MedOil. Over the years Mr Trevisan has also been responsible for negotiating joint venture agreements with major corporations like BHP Phillips, EcoPetrol, Mannai Qatar and others.

Mr Simon Trevisan - B.Ec Llb (Hons) MBT (UNSW)

Managing Director - Transcontinental Group

Mr Trevisan is the managing director of the Transcontinental Group including TRG Properties Pty Ltd (an Australian property development company).  The Transcontinental Group has significant international investments in the mining and oil & gas sectors and undertakes property developments.

He holds Bachelor of Economics and  Bachelor of Laws degrees (UWA) and a Masters in Business and Technology degree from the University of New South Wales.

Mr Trevisan initially practiced as a solictor with Allen Arthur Robinson Legal Group firm, Parker and Parker, in the corporate and natural resources divisions and later acted as General Counsel to a group of public companies involved in the mining and exploration sectors. Mr Trevisan is currently an executive director of uranium explorer Regalpoint Exploration Ltd and listed gold explorer Ausgold Ltd and is a board member of the St George's College Foundation.

Ms Tanya Trevisan - B.Arch RAIA

Ms. Trevisan has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Western Australia and is a registered architect in Western Australia and in the United Kingdom. Ms. Trevisan has over 20 years experience in property development, mostly multi-residential and mixed-use projects.

Ms. Trevisan has been involved in large scale inner city redevelopment projects in London, Berlin and Sydney before returning to live in Perth 2004. Since 2004 she has played a major role in establishing mixed-use, commercial, heritage, green-star and land projects in the Perth area.

Ms. Trevisan has both lectured and taught in architectural design studios at universities in NSW and WA and has appeared as a guest speaker for the RAIA and the GBCA. Ms. Trevisan has also written a number of published articles relating to the evolution of apartment design.

Mrs Fleur Hudson - BA, LLB, LLM(Disp. Res.)

Mrs. Hudson has a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws specialising in dispute resolution.

Mrs. Hudson has practiced as a solicitor with large national and international law firms in Perth and in London since 1998, specialising in construction law. As a solicitor, Mrs. Hudson has advised large national and international contractors, engineering subcontractors and consultants, and principals with respects to a variety of residential construction projects (particularly high end inner-city apartments), civil construction, infrastructure, marine construction and commercial issues.

Mrs. Hudson is a Director of Transcontinental Group and she currently acts as the Corporate Counsel.
