Mr Malcolm Castle (B.Sc.(Hons), GCertAppFin (SecInst) MAus IMM)
Technical Director
Malcolm Castle has over 40 years experience in exploration geology and property evaluation. He has worked for major companies over 20 years as an exploration geologist, and established a 20 year mature consulting company, specialising in exploration management, technical audit, due diligence and property valuation at all stages of development. Mr Castle has extensive experience in a number of commodities including gold, base metals, iron ore, mineral sands, uranium and coal. He has been responsible for project discovery through to feasibility study in Australia, Fiji, Southern Africa and Indonesia, with involvement in technical audits in many countries. Mr. Castle completed studies in Applied Geology with the University of New South Wales in 1965 and has been awarded a B.Sc(Hons) degree. He has completed postgraduate studies with the Securities Institute of Australia in 2001 and was awarded a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment in 2004. Mr. Castle has been a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy for over 40 years.
Miss Maggie Win B.Com., ASA Adv Grad dip Acc
Group Accountant
Maggie Win has a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University of Technology and associate member of CPA Australia.
Maggie joined the group in June 2005 and became the head of the accounting team in 2009. She is presently responsible for preparation of annual and half yearly consolidated financial statements for ASX listed companies and all aspect of the financial reporting of the Group and also responsible for monitoring accounting records for all the Group entities of the Company.
Mrs Karen Lawson
Office Manager
Karen Lawson has been with the Group for twenty one years. She is responsible for assisting our Group with all aspects of the marketing of the projects which includes forms of advertising media including newspaper and television. Karen also plays a key role in all of the documentation for projects from the original Contract of Sale right through to the final settlement with each of our satisfied purchasers.
