About Us
The Transcontinental Group was established in Perth by Anthony Trevisan in 1980.
The Group has founded and managed some twenty public companies listed on various major stock exchanges around the world. Under the banner of TRG Properties the Group has been responsible for significant property developments in WA and Victoria and previously also in Queensland. The Group's focus has been in exploration, mining and property development.
Transcontinental Investments Pty Ltd (A.C.N 009 017 985) trading as Transcontinental Group (TRG) is the operational arm and holding Company for much of the Group's activities.

OIL AND GAS
Oil and Gas production and exploration permits in North America and the Mediterranean. Ombrina Mare Oil & Gas Discovery Offshore East Italy.
Well rehabilitation in Komi, Russia, (now owned and operated by Lukoil).
Oil Exploration in Gulf of Oman offshore, concession granted by Emirate of Fujairah; partner with BHP Petroleum.
Rubiables Heavy Oil Discovery - Columbia.
MINERAL RESOURCES
Transcontinental managed from discovery and start - up mining operations in Sumatra (Indonesia) and South Africa as well as operating significant gold and silver mining operations which were acquired as a going concern.
Exploration/Mining in IImenite and Rutile in Western Australia and West Africa.
Gold and base metals exploration in Australia led to founding of Ausgold Ltd.
Exploring for nickel in Australia and South America.
Early mover into iron ore exploration in north Minas Gerais State, Brazil led to Brazilian Metals Group Ltd.
Carried out what is believed most extensive prospectivity study to date for uranium in Australia with a team of international experts. Study led to founding Regalpoint Resources Ltd.

TRG Properties Pty Ltd is a property development company.TRG Properties has developed significant residential and commercial properties in the Perth metropolitan area, the south-west of Western Australia and in Victoria. It specialises in apartments and mixed-use developments, commercial office buildings and land sub-divisions.
